Samenvatting

Deze controle signaleert als er een onverzekerde diagnose is gekoppeld aan de DBC

Wet- en regelgeving

Van een onverzekerde diagnose is sprake als het Zorginstituut Nederland heeft bepaald dat een diagnose niet onder de aanspraak van het basispakket van de Zvw valt. Het gaat hier om:

  • Aanpassingsstoornissen
  • Andere aandoeningen en problemen die een reden voor zorg kunnen zijn;
  • Leerstoornissen

Deze diagnoses kunnen wel als primaire diagnose worden geregistreerd. Als echter andere activiteiten zijn geregistreerd dan pre-intake, diagnostiek en algemeen indirecte tijd valt de DBC uit bij validatie. In de OZP lijst zijn twee prestaties opgenomen voor onverzekerde zorg. Ten aanzien van de vraag wat onverzekerde zorg is, zijn te allen tijde de uitspraken van Zorginstituut Nederland (voorheen het College voor Zorgverzekeringen) leidend.

Interpretaties

De volgende interpretatiekeuzes zijn gemaakt:

  1. Deze norm signaleert nu enkel DBC's met een productgroepcode die niet onder de diagnostiek productgroepcodes valt: 007, 008, 009, 162,163, 262, 263, 307
Programmeerbare norm

Er is sprake van “Onverzekerde diagnose (N2255)” als aan de volgende selectie is voldaan:

1) Alle DBC's geopend in het betreffende kalenderjaar



2) DBC met onderstaande zorgtypen worden uitgesloten: 

  • 301 - Crisisinterventie zonder opname
  • 302 - Crisisinterventie met opname
  • 303 -Acute psychiatrische hulpverlening binnen budget
  • 304 - Acute psychiatrische hulpverlening buiten budget - vervolg binnen budget
  • 305 - Acute psychiatrische hulpverlening buiten budget - zorgaanbieder geen onderdeel regioplan
  • 306 - Acute psychiatrische hulpverlening buiten budget - geen regioplan

3) DBC heeft een diagnose die gekoppeld is
